This page will answer all your questions and will help you acquire or renew a ChurchWatch Version 7 software subscription. Follow the steps carefully.
System Requirements For V7 - Please Read!
ChurchWatch Version 7 has been modernized and as such there are a couple of very specific requirements your PC will need to meet:
1. You need a monitor with at least 1024x768 pixel resolution but we highly recommend resolution at 1280x1024 or even better. The reason for this is that you can now adjust the font sizes, and in order to accomodate this feature, all forms have been increased in size slightly. ChurchWatch 7 will not work well on a small monitor resolution.
2. Secondly the software will only install on Windows 7 Service Pack 1, through Windows 11. The same rules apply for Macintosh computers running Parallels (including Macs with the new "M1" chips). Any other operating system prior to Windows 7 can no longer be supported. Windows 7 is actually NOT recommended but we can probably accomodate it - some users may need a patch to .NET to get it to Version 4.5 or higher. We DO allow installs onto Windows 7 systems for now. To make this more clear, we support Windows 7 (not recommended), Windows 8, Windows 10 and Windows 11.
What happens With My Active Support Contract?
For customers with an active support contract from a prior version of ChurchWatch, the remaining VALUE (not the end date) of your support contract will be credited to extend your subscription accordingly. There is no need to delay your upgrade until the end of the support contract period, the value of the contract will convey.
If your church has faithfully paid the yearly support contract then it makes no sense to stay on an older version of ChurchWatch. The yearly costs are similar but now you get free support and free access to all training materials and videos (a $155 saving right there). You also get unlimited PC installs (with the PRO subscription only).
Will I lose Any Data Moving to V7?
We get this question a lot. As always, you will NOT lose any data if moving from an older version of ChurchWatch to V7. We provide a Data Import program that will very quickly convert your older version data to Version 7 format. You can upgrade to Version 7 at any time with confidence.
How do I pay?
Same methods as always:
1. You can pay via the PayPal buttons below. You do not need a PayPal account, you will go in as a guest, and most credit cards are accepted.
2. You can call our office with a credit card (contact number is below in next section)
3. Or Canadian churches ONLY, can mail in a church cheque. Before doing this please email and ask us for an invoice first so that taxes are calculated and we have a tracking method. Paying by cheque will delay the upgrade process until payment is received.
Once we receive payment, you will receive a paid invoice by email. Please watch your inbox (and just in case your junk email area also).

How To Acquire or Renew Version 7
Everything you need to know about acquiring ChurchWatch Version 7 or renewing a subscription is explained below. Please read very carefully.
The path to Version 7 is a very simple 3 step process, driven completely by you and done 100% through emails and online forms. We are going to guide you through these 3 simple steps:
STEP 1: Pay for your subscription
STEP 2: Download and install the software (if renewing this step is skipped). Set the computer name and note the UUID.
STEP 3: Fill in the form at the bottom of this page to send your contact information and acquire a KeyCode from White Mountain Software. Then unlock your software with the KeyCode.
The details of each step are below, please read and follow very carefully! Do not skip any steps and read sequentially.
STEP 1: Purchase or renew your subscription
NOTE: ALL PRICES ARE QUOTED IN CANADIAN DOLLARS. This is a great deal for USA churches where, depending on the exchange rate of the day, you could be saving up to 30% on the quoted costs below!
There are only two subscription types - "Light" and "Pro". Below we list the prices and the features of each subscription. We collect the fee on a yearly basis so you will be charged for 12 months at checkout.
Choose one of the subscriptions carefully and then pay for your subscription using the information above ('How Do I Pay' section above).
Once we receive payment we will reply to you via email with a paid invoice and the download and installation instructions for the software. So review the two choices below, make a selection, and then purchase, then move to step #2.

If you wish to pay online, use the PayPal buttons below. Again, you do not need a PayPal account to do this. PayPal is used as our Merchant Service Provider. Be sure to click the right button for the product license you have chosen as well as your location (taxes depend on location):
STEP 2: Download and install the software
Welcome to step #2! At this point you received an email from us with installation instructions (just in case you did not receive the email, check your junk email folder - we respond within 24 hours so if not received please contact us). If you already have version 7 installed on your PC and are renewing a KeyCode that has expired, then there is no need to do this step and you can skip right to step #3 right now. If you need to install Version 7 on a PC for the first time, then you need to continue with this step.
So at this step you need to install the software. Once it is installed open ChurchWatch 7 using the shortcuts on your desktop - there will be a folder called "ChurchWatch 7" or you can use START->PROGRAMS->CHURCHWATCH 7 from the Windows start button. Let the software open and run until you see the "Subscription Service Editor" in ChurchWatch (it is shown in the picture below). Once you see this form you can move on to the final step, Step #3.
STEP 3: Send your contact information to White Mountain Software
Welcome to Step #3, the final step, you're still doing great! In the Subscription Service Editor above, change your Computer Name to something descriptive that will help identify this PC in the future. Secondly, take note of the "UUID" above - this is the unique user ID of this PC.
You will need your computer ID and UUID in the form below. This is critical information. The easiest method to get it is to just click the "Copy All Info to Windows Clipboard" button in the Subscription Service Editor above. This will copy all the information we need into the Windows clipboard. Then in the form below, in the last box, you can use CTRL-V (Press and hold CTRL key and then press V key also - this will do a 'paste') on your keyboard to paste the information into the form.
So now that you have the info from the Subscription Service Editor, simply fill out the form below carefully and then click the SEND MESSAGE button at the bottom. This will send your KeyCode request to us. We will respond via email and send you a KeyCode to unlock your software. We normally respond very quickly but please allow up to 24 hours for a response. If no response is received in 24 hours, something is wrong, please contact us directly.
Also, as in step 2, please watch your email inbox as well as the "junk email" folder just in case.
The most important information below is the software type, the computer name and the UUID (Unique User ID). The software install is locked to a specific PC so that information is critical for us to generate a proper KeyCode for you. These entries are not optional.
Once we receive this information you will get a KeyCode for your PC and also a paid invoice.
Your last step is to go back to the install instructions and import your data from an older version of ChurchWatch if you are an existing customer.
