Support is just an email or phone call away. We also have a complete training course delivered as a set of videos that can be played on your PC.
Ad-Hoc Queries
For more advanced users, ChurchWatch has an ad-hoc query manager to retrieve literally anything out of the database and export it to a spreadsheet. If this is a little beyond your skill level we can also help with query writing.
Report Services
We also do custom report writing if you cannot find the exact report you need. There is a small labour fee for this service
